Fiberglass plate
Box International provides a durable and cost-effective structural panel that can be used for flooring or walls.
The plate is manufactured by buikding up multiple layers of fiberglass reinforcement and specially-formulated resins, resulting in a solid composite panel with both bi-directional strenght and corrosion resistance. The panel is intended to replace wood, aluminium and steel plates in environments where corrosion or rotting creates costly maintenance problems or unsafe conditions.
As flooring, installation over structural members or existing grating (covered grating) provides a solid walkway. Plate can be bolted directly to structural beams and used as a wall panel resistant to corrosive splashes.
Panels up 1220 x 3660 mm
Thickness 3 mm to 19 mm
Flame retardant ASTM E-84
Moulded in grit or checker surface for improved slip resistance.

The planks are produced from continual fiberglass reinforcement, mat, eventually surface veil and polyester, methyl methacrylate resin (semi conduct into explosive atmosphere), so that they had an excellent corrosive resistance. An ideal compensation for metal planks.
These products are suitable for using in aggressive atmosphere due to mechanical and physical properties. The composite planks are characterized by long service life, strenght, electrical insulation and hygienic unexceptionable.

Covered grating
All type and size of fiberglass moulded grating are available with a moulded-on, integral cover of 3 or 5 mm fiberglass plate. The plate is laminated to the top surface of the grating. The strenght of the grating supports the laminated light weight plate, resulting in a high-strenght, light weight composite floor. Low in conductivity and non-sparking. The top surface is supplied with grittes or checker surface for added skid resistance and safety.
